SHIPPING / RETURN POLICY

PLEASE SHIP TO AN ACTUAL ADDRESS, AS WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O BOXES.


1. How long is processing, shipping, and handling?

Processing takes 4-5 Business days for your order to be shipped out. Processing occurs Monday-Friday. (If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.) Express Shipping Orders are 3 to 4 Business Days. 

Domestic Express Shipping is 2-3 Business days depending on your location.

Domestic Regular Flat Rate Shipping is 5-7 Business days depending on your location.



2. When will my tracking number start to update?
Your Tracking Number will come to your email. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it inside your inbox. If you haven’t received a tracking number after 5 days from placing your orders please contact us at themulook@gmail.com.


3. Can I make changes to my order?

Orders cannot to be altered or changed once your payment is complete.



4. May I return/ exchange my order?

Unfortunately all sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
