Refund policy

All sales are final. The Mu Look does not accept returns, refunds or exchanges.

Orders cannot be altered or changed once payment is complete.

Because hair extensions are a hygienic product, we are unable to resell or
restock any item once it has left us. Please review your texture, length,
quantity and shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.

IF THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH YOUR ORDER

If you receive an incorrect item, or believe there is a problem with your
order, contact us within 7 days of delivery at themulook@gmail.com with your
order number and photographs of the items received. We review every case and
will put right anything that is our error.
